Exchanges, Refunds and Returns Policy

At Jeeba Jewellery, we want you to shop with confidence both in-store and online. This policy is designed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store may be exchanged or issued with a credit note within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is returned unworn and in original condition

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase are provided

  • The item has not been damaged, altered or misused

Online Purchases

Items purchased online may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is returned unworn and in original condition

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase are included

  • The item is securely packaged for return transit

Please note:

  • Return postage costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned unless faulty

  • Special orders, resized rings, altered items, lay-bys and custom-made jewellery are non-returnable for change of mind

Faulty or Damaged Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if an item has a major fault or is not of acceptable quality.

Please include:

  • Your proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs where possible

Once assessed, the item may be:

  • Repaired

  • Replaced

  • Refunded
    in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Assessment of Jewellery

Jeeba Jewellery reserves the right to assess all returned items before approving an exchange, repair, replacement or refund.

Items showing signs of:

  • Abnormal wear

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse

  • Improper care

  • Unauthorised repairs or alterations

may not be covered under this policy.

Natural characteristics in gemstones, pearls, opals and handmade jewellery — including inclusions, colour variation and individual markings — are not considered faults.

Returning Online Orders

Before returning an online purchase, please contact us via email at:

We recommend retaining your tracking information until your return has been processed.

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
